Taiwan's China Airlines has launched a new Mobile Counter airport service in Taiwan, which allows passengers to save time when they line up for check-in.

China Airlines is the first airline to use a Mobile Counter in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan. The new service allows China Airlines ground staff to move the Mobile Counter around the airport and provide check-in services such as issuing boarding passes and baggage tags, wherever the passengers may be.

In order to provide more efficient and effective service to its customers, China Airlines has already launched on-line check-in, the self-serve airport check-in Kiosk, and other advanced E services.

These advances, along with other service innovations, have earned strong accolades from Skytrax Research, which has recognized CAL's excellent overall service performance. In the category of Aggregate Economy Class Service Quality, China Airlines was ranked Second Best among 66 of the world's most famous airlines. In several aspects of Economy Class Service Quality, China Airlines was ranked first worldwide, including Airport Services, Consistency of Ground Staff Check-in Service, and other categories.
