Travel News Asia Tuesday, 4 September 2007

Celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan with family and friends at the Coral Deira, Dubai where a feast of flavours await.

The Iftar buffet (which includes soft drinks and fresh juices) features regional specialities like Lamb Tagine with olives and harira soup apart from the ever-popular mezze treats. Included in the dessert repast are exotic dishes like mohalabia made with camel milk along with traditional favourites like crème caramel. All this for just Dhs 65 per head with the additional benefit of paying for just eight when you book for ten.

Shisha lovers can savour their favourite flavours at the Rooftop Al Mashrabia café. For just Dhs 25 they can choose between fruity or floral flavours to wind up a leisurely evening.

All through the month of Ramadan the hotel is offering special room rates of Dhs 400 for single or double occupancy. During Eid single rooms are Dhs 650 while double rooms are Dhs 700, including breakfast.

Michel Miraton, Corporate Executive Chef, Coral International Hotels, Resorts and Spas, said, “Keeping in mind the diverse demands of our clients, we have created a special menu for Ramadan. This includes an appetizing array of traditional dishes from around the region, as we want to offer the very best in Arabic hospitality. It also promises to be an unforgettable meal as the stress is as much on service as it is on fine cuisine.”
