Frasers Hospitality to manage New Serviced Residence in Chengdu, China

Frasers Hospitality, an internationally branded serviced residence management company, has entered into a new agreement with Yanlord Investment (Chengdu) Co. Ltd (Yanlord), to manage the gold standard Fraser Suites Chengdu.

The agreement reinforces Frasers' expansion in China with presence in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing and now Chengdu, one of China's key economic, transportation and communications hubs.

Expected to open its doors in the first half of 2010, Fraser Suites Chengdu is strategically located between Chengdu's main Central Business District and Tian Fu Square, a public transit hub with access to prominent tourist attraction such as Culture Park. It is also centrally situated within shopping destinations, such as the People's Department Store and Chengdu Department Store.
