Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa - Luxury 5-star Condominium Resort in Bali Opening Spring 2009

Exclusive tropical living in Bali is about to get even better with the launch of a new luxury development, Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa, now available for private purchase.

Set on Balis southern Bukit Peninsula in a breathtaking cliff top location overlooking the Indian Ocean, the Outrigger Panorama Bali will be one of Balis premier managed condominium resorts neighbouring other prestigious properties like the new BVLGARI, Alila and Banyan Tree resorts.

The US$45million development, conceived and developed by Bali-based resort developers, mc, will be managed by Hawaiian-based hotel operator Outrigger Hotels & Resorts.

The resort will comprise 176 spacious studios, one, and two and three bedroom condominiums - including six duplex penthouses of 2,378 square feet. All will be fully equipped with modern appliances and boast generous balconies up to 1,200 square feet from which to enjoy unbroken views across the Indian Ocean. Some apartments will, in addition, be equipped with private swimming pools.

The resort has been designed by Original Vision of Hong Kong, led by architect Adrian McCarroll well known in the region for his award-winning work on the Samsara Resort Phuket; whilst the Interiors are the work of Singapore-based company Plum, with principal designer Lisa Garriss at the helm.

The base interior finishes are a neutral tropical palette, comprised largely of locally-sourced Indonesian materials; light woods with accents of dark filigree, layered with subtle 'Colours of Bali'. A unique colour scheme has been given to each apartment type, drawing inspiration from the surrounding scenery and rich Balinese habitat.

Facilities at the resort will include two gourmet restaurants, both with indoor and outdoor dining terraces; a wine bar and a sports bar; luxurious spa with double treatment rooms, steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs, beauty salon; a state-of-the-art fitness centre complete with multi purpose gym, floodlit tennis court, jogging trail and juice bar; and a large pool system with jets, slides and cascades, plus private cabanas set beside the secluded lower-level infinity pool. There will even be a purpose-built Balinese cooking school.

In addition, a Tarzan-style adventure playground, SEGA salon, outdoor play area and distanced business centre will be unobtrusively hidden beneath the rain forest canopy, navigable by golf buggy from within the grounds.

Each of the 176 condominiums will be priced from US$182,000 to US$1,150,000 and off-plan sales are now underway to local and overseas buyers through ALFA Property Services.

The resort provides an opportunity for investors to buy their own luxury Bali condo not only will investors get an attractive guaranteed return of 6% for the first two years whilst the resort becomes established in the marketplace, but, 28 days per year use of their apartment per annum. Direct title ownership is provided for an initial period of 70 years.

Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa is located a convenient 20 minute drive from Ngurah Rai international Airport and a 10 minute drive to Nusa Dua, Balis five-star shopping and sports district.
