GHM concludes Management Agreement with The Heritage House in Mendocino

General Hotel Management has confirmed that it and Lantana Mendocino have mutually agreed to conclude their relationship as it pertains to the management of The Heritage House in Mendocino.

GHM has been operating The Heritage House, a 37 acre, 19th Century Lodge situated on the Pacific Coast just 150 miles north of San Francisco since June 2005. From today, October 3, 2007, GHM will discontinue all affiliation with the management of The Heritage House and its reservation system and all marketing services for the Heritage House.

GHM currently operates a selection of premier properties in the Americas, Europe and Asia. GHM properties include: The Setai in South Beach; The Chedi in Milan; The Chedi in Muscat; The Leela in Goa; The Club at The Leela in Goa; The Datai in Langkawi; The Andaman in Langkawi; The Legian in Bali; The Club at The Legian; The Chedi Club in Ubud, Bali; The Strand in Myanmar; The Carcosa Seri Negara in Kuala Lumpur; The Chedi in Phuket and The Chedi in Chiang Mai.
