Hertz Australia launches One-Way Rentals from Adelaide

Travel News Asia Monday, 30 April 2007

Until 30 June, Hertz in Australia is offering a wide range of holiday touring opportunities with special one-way rental deals from Adelaide to key east coast destinations.

Travellers can collect their latest-model Hertz cars in the South Australian capital, head for Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Gold Coast, Brisbane or Far North Queensland, then return the vehicle at the destination and fly back home.

“There’s so much to see on a driving holiday, and our one-way deals enable travellers to experience Australia at their own pace,” said Wayne Burgoyne, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hertz Australia.

“With one way deals, travellers have the flexibility to see what they want, when they want, from Victoria’s spectacular Great Ocean Road or the national capital of Canberra to the theme parks of the Gold Coast and the year-round warmth of tropical North Queensland,” said Mr Burgoyne.

The one-way deals from Adelaide are available for between 1 and 10 days, and apply on a range of late model vehicles, from Toyota Corolla hatchbacks and new Camry sedans to full size Ford Falcon sedans and station wagons, Ford Territory SUVs and luxurious new Ford Fairlanes.
