Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok to Hold Charity Event to Celebrate HM King Bhumibhols 80th Birthday

To commemorate HM King Bhumibhol Adulyadaej of Thailands 80th birthday as well as to ring in the festive season the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is organizing a charity event, the Christmas Tree Charity Project, together with Elle Decoration and the international floral and product designer, Sakul Intakul.

The Christmas Tree Charity Project will showcase the creativity of a number of interior, fashion and jewelry designers, celebrities and lifestyle artists who have volunteered their time and effort in decorating the Christmas trees of the sponsoring companies. Apart from the expense on the decorations to be used in decorating the Christmas tree of the individual company, each company will also donate Baht 25,000 in support of the Rachaprachanukroh Foundation under the Royal Patronage of HM King Bhumibhol Adulyadej for projects aimed to alleviate the lives of the unfortunate. 

The selection of beautifully adorned Christmas trees decorated by these artists will be displayed around the hotels Parichart Court and on view for all hotel guests and holiday shoppers during the period November 15 until December 15, 2007. The public is invited to vote for the best decorated Christmas tree and the winner who receives the most number of votes will be awarded a trophy by HRH Princess Sirivannavari Narirat during our annual traditional gala Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, November 27, 2007.

The celebrity artists who have committed participation are: Adsadavuth Luengsunthorn, Chalit Nakpawan, M.L. Chiratorn Chirapravati, Elizabeth Romhild, Jakkai Siributr, Krissanaphong Kiattisak Nithinun Arunvongse Na Ayudhya, P49Deesign, Pataree Pornnimitr, Pleonjan Vinyarat, Ploy Jareeyavej, M.L. Poomchai Chumbala, Rika Dila, M.L. Rojanathorn Na Songkhla, Sakul Intakul, Saravuth Mart-thong, Siriyakorn Pukkavesa and Taweesak Srithongdee.
