Starwood
has signed an agreement with Duta Anggada Realty to manage the St. Regis Hotel & Residences, Jakarta. Located on Jalan
Jendral Sudirman – also known as Jakarta’s Wall Street – the newly built property will be ideally positioned to serve the city’s bustling business
community. The St. Regis Hotel & Residences will offer 170 guest rooms and 284 whole-ownership residential units when it opens in 2011.
As the economic and political capital of Indonesia, Jakarta is known for its cosmopolitan flair and diverse blend of cultures. One of Asia’s most
exciting and most densely populated metropolises, Jakarta is also the principal gateway to the rest of Indonesia. Top tourist attractions include

hotel, residences and office space. The St. Regis Hotel & Residences, designed by Dimazo Kato Partnership, will be located in two towers next to
the hotel.
