Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya appoints Elyes Ben Brahim as Director of Operations

Mr. Elyes Ben Brahim has been appointed as Director of Operations at the Hard Rock Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand.

Ben, from Tunisia, has more than 21 years of hospitality experience. He joins the hotel from Bounty Cruises & Resorts, Bali, Indonesia, where he was the General Manager.

Prior to that, Ben spent a total of 17 years at Club Med Resorts in countries all over the world, including Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Italy, Croatia, Bahamas, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Maldives. The positions he held included various senior management posts at the resorts as well as at the corporate office.

While working at the Club Med Cherating in Malaysia, Ben won the B-Best Award, which recognizes the property for highest revenue achieved amongst all the Clud Med Resorts in the world. 

A native speaker of French, Arabic and Italian, Ben also converses fluently in English, Spanish and German. He now hopes to learn some Asian languages. Married with a Korean wife, Ben enjoys sports such as football and tennis, and is a big fan of Formula One racing.
