First easyHotel in Dubai to open in 2008

Self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou of the easyGroup, will open Dubai's first easyHotel next year.

Offering rates about 15% less than other budget brands the novel brand will cost around US$80 per room, per night.

TV, housekeeping, Internet etc will all cost extra and bookings will only be taken via the Internet. To help keep the costs down, the hotel will only have eight full-time staff.
