Resort Asia - New Exhibition Promoting Resorts in Asia to exhibit at ITB

This year at the ITB Berlin 2007, Resort Asia 2007 will provide visitors a glimpse into a new exhibition for resort businesses and leisure travelers to showcase and source the latest in Asian resort offerings. Resort Asia will be exhibiting under the Singapore Pavilion led by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).

Created by exhibitions powerhouse, Singex Exhibitions, Resort Asia will be held from 27 to 30 June 2007 on Tanjong Beach on Singapore’s Sentosa Island to an anticipated 150 regional exhibitors and over 2,000 international trade visitors.

Till date, key exhibitors under the Resort Asia umbrella include regional resort operators such as Genting, Awana Hotels and Resorts, Kima Bajo, One and Only Maldives, Coco Collections, Myanmar Andaman Resort and Costa Sands Resorts, to name a few. Resort owners and operators will promote their properties and room packages to key buyers from around the world.

Trade visitors are expected to come from countries including Australia, China, Europe, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Russia and U.S.A. On the last day of the exhibition, resort operators will have the opportunity to directly interact with consumers.

The ITB Berlin will be held from March 7 to 11, 2007 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds, Germany.
