BHN Retained to Develop the Puerto Rico Tourism Investment Conference

Travel News Asia Tuesday, 22 May 2007

Burba Hotel Network (BHN) has joined forces with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to organize its ‘first' hotel and tourism investment conference, according to BHN president Jim Burba. The event is scheduled to take place December 4-5, 2007 and will be held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center, in San Juan.

The two day event will feature a series of topical sessions about the opportunities to do business and invest in Puerto Rico as well as an exhibit hall/project expo feature where delegates will be able to meet with tourism project developers and sponsors to explore potential opportunities to do business together.

Burba commented on BHN's participation, saying, "We are delighted to join the efforts of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company in creating this exciting event which will showcase new opportunities to do business in Puerto Rico. We believe the international hotel and tourism investment community is going to be excited to participate in this event and to find future opportunities to do business in Puerto Rico."

BHN brings together more than two decades of experience in developing and organizing the world's most prominent gatherings of the hotel and tourism investment community. At these events, over 55 conferences completed and/or in development, the investment community has come together to network, conduct business and to learn about the latest trends. They have become "must attend" events for those interested in hospitality real estate.
