Special Meeting Packages at Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa

The Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa is offering special meeting packages valid until December 31, 2007. The full day meeting package is available from RMB398+ (US$52+) per person while half day meeting package is on offer from RMB288+ (US$38+) per person which includes use of meeting room, morning and/or afternoon coffee break and a choice of plated lunch. These meeting packages are subject to terms & conditions and valid for a minimum of 50 delegates.

 With direct access to 400 m of white sand beach on Yalong Bay, Sanya – the southernmost tip of Hainan Island off the coast of mainland China – the 501-room resort, the first Hilton Worldwide Resort in China, boasts an all-inclusive stand-alone MICE Pavilion, with more than 3,000 sqm of space, all with wireless coverage.

The two-storey Pavilion provides meeting and banquet facilities include 11 function rooms from 49 sqm to 140 sqm in size, a 900 sqm grand ballroom linked to an outdoor event lawn, an extensive area suitable for exhibitions, product launches and suchlike, plus a beachfront function lawn. The stand-alone Pavilion provides a degree of exclusivity, being away from the main pavilions of the resort but still easily accessible via a sheltered walkway. Separate check-in area provides greater convenience.

The dedicated events team at the hotel is complemented by a teambuilding and recreational crew that will tailor any activities for corporate events, accompanying spouses or families, incentive groups and so on.

Hainan is served by two international airports offering flights to more than 50 destinations, plus railway network and sea port. “And the fast-developing infrastructure is making it more and more convenient to convene in Sanya, be it from any cities within China or any parts of the world,” said Mr. Dirk De Cuyper, General Manager of the Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa.
