The Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) has said that all proceeds from the HFTP Casino Night at the 2007 Annual Convention & Tradeshow will go towards HFTP-supported scholarships. The special event will be Thursday, October 18 from 18:30 to 22:30 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront in Jacksonville.

HFTP Casino Night will include casino games, food, networking, prizes and fun. Doors will open at 18:30 and casino tables will be open from 19:10. Attendees at the event will receive a complimentary amount of chips to play various casino games throughout the night. Attendees can try their hand at Black Jack, Roulette, Craps or Texas Hold'em. There will also be a variety of prizes to win, donated by various HFTP chapters and exhibiting companies at the 2007 Annual Convention & Tradeshow.

In addition to the complimentary chips given to each attendee, extra casino chips will be available for purchase, with the proceeds going towards HFTP's scholarship and educational endowment fund. Chips can be used towards playing more casino games and also towards a variety of prizes.

"HFTP Casino Night is a win-win situation for the attendees and the hospitality industry," said Frank Wolfe, CAE, HFTP CEO. "Not only is it a great opportunity for attendees to network with colleagues and friends in a fun environment, it also allows them to support future hospitality professionals."
