New Director of Operations at Swiss-Belhotel International Middle East

Swiss-Belhotel International headquartered in Hong Kong, has appointed Mr Philip Norman as Director of Operations, Swiss-Belhotel International Middle East reporting to Mr Edgar Solenthaler, Vice President Operations & Development, Middle East.

Norman holds a bachelor degree in hotel management and has more than 20 years of international experience in the hospitality and tourism sector gained in positions held in Canada, Turkey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Swiss-Belhotel, Norman was Corporate Operations Manager for Ramada International based in Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for the operations and development of the Ramada brand in the Kingdom.

"I am delighted to join Swiss-Belhotel International. There is already strong acceptance of the brand in the market, evidenced by the group's robust expansion in the Middle East region with three new builds and an operational hotel in Kuwait, all announced in only a few months." said Mr Philip Norman.

The group provides complete management solutions encompassing all aspects of hotels, serviced apartments, and even club and golf operations.
