Special Festive Packages from Carlson Hotels in Asia Pacific

Carlson Hotels has put together a list of special offers at hotels across Asia Pacific for the festive season. Accommodation packages are available in holiday locations including Bangkok, Tahiti, Shanghai, Beijing and Sydney.

The Beijing Winter Breeze package at The Regent Beijing includes a room for two with breakfast, buffet dinner and free flow of wines for two from RMB1,200 per night. Available from December to February, the package is for a minimum two nights' stay and is not valid for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

At The Regent Shanghai, guests can enjoy a Winter Vacation package that includes daily buffet breakfast for two, a bottle of wine on arrival, spa toiletries and 20% discount on treatments at the exclusive L'Institut de Guerlain Spa. Packages are available from RMB1,188 until 29 February 2008. Any child below the age of 12 can have a free stay in the same room, inclusive of an extra bed.

Other deals at Carlson's hotels in China this season include Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing Winter Breeze special, with superior rooms from RMB800 (until 31 January 2008, two-night minimum stay), a guaranteed complimentary upgrade to Plaza Club Room and one-way airport transfer.

Park Plaza Beijing Science Park's Winter Explorer package offers superior rooms from RMB730 (until 28 February 2008, two-night minimum stay), late check-out until 3pm, subject to room availability and one-hour complimentary foot massage for up to two people.

The Radisson Plaza Hotel Hangzhou Winter package from RMB968 is valid until 15 March 2008, excluding Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year's eve and includes late check-out at 2pm, buffet breakfast for two, and free extra bed for child under age of 12.

The Celebration package at the Radisson Plaza Xing Guo Hotel Shanghai offers Plaza Club rooms from RMB1,300 (until 7 January 2008, minimum three-night stay), late check-out until 4pm, subject to availability, complimentary breakfast, tea/coffee and evening drinks in the Plaza Club Lounge and complimentary pressing of one suit or dress on day of arrival.

A Winter Escape special is available at the Radisson Hotel Shanghai New World, with superior rooms from RMB1,600 (until 13 January 2008), upgrade to deluxe room with a minimum of three nights' stay, daily buffet breakfast for two, a welcome fruit basket and a beverage coupon for two at Sky Dome Bar.

Excellent deals also await guests at Radisson hotels in India. At the Radisson Hotel Varanasi, the Kashidham Winter package is priced at Rs8,999 for a two-night stay in a superior room until 31 March 2008, including welcome drink, buffet breakfast for two, airport transfers, a half-day sightseeing tour and 30% discount on selected amenities and services.

The Radisson Hotel Shimla's Christmas package is Rs13,999 for a two-night stay for two people for all room types, and it is available from 24 to 26 December 2007, extendable on Rs6,000 per day until 29 December 2007. The package includes a non-alcoholic welcome drink, fruit platter and cookies on arrival, breakfast and dinner for two, 25% discount on laundry and telephone call charges as well as games and entertainment on Christmas Eve.

The Winter package at the Radisson Plaza Resort & Spa Kumarakom is available until 31 March 2008 for all room types from Rs15,500. The package features a traditional welcome drink, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), a Discover Kumarakom tour, including a one-hour cycle/trek around the village and yoga and meditation assembly at the "Body Temple".

In the exciting city of Bangkok, the Radisson Hotel Bangkok is offering a Celebrate the Season package, valid until 13 January 2008, with superior rooms at THB7,500 per night for a minimum two-nights' stay. The package includes an upgrade to next room category, subject to availability, daily buffet breakfast, late check-out until 6pm, welcome drink and fruit platter, airport transfers, complimentary shuttle bus service to Mah Boon Krong, Chatuchak weekend market and Patpong.

Across Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast, travellers can also enjoy special vacation packages at Carlson's hotels. The Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney offers an excellent Indulge in the City deal for all room types from A$270 (until 28 January 2008), with access to the exclusive Radisson Plaza Club lounge, which serves a hot buffet breakfast and refreshments throughout the day, as well as pre-dinner drinks with canapés in the evening.

The Family Holiday package at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney prices studio rooms from A$229 until 31 January 2008 for two adults and up to two children below 12 years old. It includes free buffet breakfast each morning and guests receive a one-day use Family Monorail Super voucher if they stay two consecutive nights.

At the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne, guests can stay for A$198 from 17 December 2007 to 13 January 2008. The City Escape package also features a three-course dinner for two and buffet breakfast the next morning.

The Radisson Resort Gold Coast's Stay, Play & Dine special offers all room types from A$218 until 31 January 2008 and includes breakfast and international seafood buffet for two.

In Japan, the Winter Value Package at Radisson Hotel Narita is valid until 13 January 2008. Standard Rooms are from JPY 24,800 nett for two and include buffet breakfast at California Restaurant, KoL bathroom spa amenity, welcome drink at Sports Bar and complimentary usage of Rec-Lux fitness centre and swimming pool facility. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Narita International Airport.

Guests can enjoy the stunning scenery and warm culture of Fiji until 31 March 2008 (excluding 25 December 2007 to 4 January 2008), with Radisson Resort Fiji Denarau Island's Super Spring & Summer Saver special, priced from FJD272 for all room types. This special deal includes a FJD200 voucher for use in the restaurant and bars for a minimum four nights' stay at the resort.

Last but not least, the Radisson Plaza Resort Tahiti invites guests this season to take the Suite In Tahiti package from XFP31,150 for all suites until 15 January 2008. Guests who stay more than three nights will receive a free upgrade and a spa gift.
