SriLankan Airlines
is now offering a Best Fare Guarantee on its website for passengers who purchase tickets online.
Kapila Bandara, E-Commerce Manager at
SriLankan, said, “Booking online through our website just got better with the introduction of the
Best Fare Guarantee. If you find a cheaper fare on any other website for travel on SriLankan Airlines for the same dates and fare rules we will
refund the difference between the two immediately.”
“There is no need to spend a lot of time visiting various websites to check for the lowest fare, since you can have peace of mind in the
knowledge that our fares are the best online for SriLankan flights,” said Mr.
Bandara.
Booking through SriLankan’s user-friendly Internet Booking Engine is
an easy six-step process that should only a few minutes. Payment is by credit card through a secure online payment
gateway, while an e-ticket is then e-mailed to the passenger.
SriLankan’s route network now covers 54 destinations in 28 countries across the globe. Its 100 flights per week to India are the most by any
non-Indian airline.
