Luxury Designers Villa in Sindhu Beach Sanur Bali Opening December 2007

Exclusive tropical holiday villas in Bali are about to get even better with the launch of a new modern ethnic luxury designers luxury villa, Villa Mahapala. 

Set on 80 acres land of Balis Eastern Sanur in a serene Sindhu beach location, the Villa Mahapala Bali will be one of Balis premier villa complexes in the area neighboring other prestigious properties like the Bali Pavilions and Segara Village Hotel.

The multi million dollars development is being developed and managed by Bali-based hospitality owning company, Zamrud Internusa Perkasa PT.

The thatched roof villa will comprise 16 one bedroom pool villas and four two bedroom pool villas. All will be fully equipped with modern appliances and boast a generous piazza with its striking garden from 187 square meter up to 350 square meter for total serenity in each individual villa.

Facilities at the villa will include Voila French Fusion Restaurant and Bar, both with indoor and outdoor dining terraces; a state-of-the-art fitness centre complete with multi purpose gym, adjacent to an ample free form swimming pool with Jacuzzi and cascades. To complement its facilities the Zodiac Spa with some double treatment rooms, steam room, sauna, hot tubs and beauty salon. For travelers who intend to do some business sessions, the villa also provides a multi function boardroom and library.

Each of the 16 one bedroom pool villas will be priced from US$ 350++ and the four two bedroom villas from US$450++.

The Villa Mahapala is located a convenient 20 minute drive from Ngurah Rai international Airport and a 20 minute drive to Kuta, Balis entertainment and shopping district.
