Hong Kong's First Courtyard by Marriott to open in 2007

Marriott International's Courtyard by Marriott lodging brand is launch this year in Hong Kong under a management agreement reached with Tsinlien Realty Ltd.

The 245-room Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong will be located on a harbor-front site in the Sai Ying Pan district on Hong Kong Island. When opened, it will be Marriotts fifth hotel in the city.

Guest rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong will have 5-star finishes and will feature marble bathrooms, oversized glass top work desks, two telephone lines, a data-port, high-speed Internet access and Marriotts newly introduced finer bed and bath linens.

The hotel will feature 49 executive-level guest rooms with access to an exclusive executive lounge and conference room.

For dining, the hotel will offer an all-day, casual restaurant. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, a grab & go counter, a business center with three workstations and laundry/valet service.

The Marriott International portfolio in Hong Kong is currently represented by the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, the Renaissance Kowloon Hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Hong Kong.
