Regal Hotels launches Regal Rewards Loyalty Program

Regal Hotels International has launched the Regal Rewards Program, an exclusive reward program tailor-made for frequent travellers by offering more refined services and special privileges.

The free membership program is free and includes three types of membership, namely Classic, Gold and Platinum. Application is easy, with as little as one stay at any Regal Hotels in Hong Kong or Shanghai, guest can apply for Classic membership which provides privileges like priority check-in with pre-registration, local newspaper, free use of Health Club, and more. The more stays within the membership period will entitle members to have membership upgrade to Gold and Platinum offering more privileges like early check-in and late check-out, complimentary local calls and faxes, complimentary broadband access in-room, etc.

In addition, the Regal Rewards Program offers rewards for points gained. With a Bonus Point Program where Classic members can earn 1 Regal Rewards Point for every HK/RMB $1 spending and additional 10% and 20% bonus points for Gold and Platinum members respectively, members can redeem rewards with their accumulated points including Regal Coupons with the value of up to HK$10,000 for redemption of free accommodation or dining, room upgrade and Asia Miles airline mileage.

To celebrate the launch of the new incentive program, Regal Hotels Group is giving out 1,000 points to new members before May 31, 2007.
