Thai Airways International Denies Any Intent to Sell Nok Air Shares

Flg. Off. Apinan Sumanaseni, President of Thai Airways International, announced on Tuesday that the airline has never considered to sell its share in Nok Air.

Nok Air was established as a low cost carrier in 2004, with major shareholders being THAI (39%), Krung Thai Bank Company Limited (10%), Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (10%), Government Pension Fund (10%) and individual investors, with an investment capital of 500 million Baht.
