Korean Air’s world class wine service has been recognized by Business Traveller magazine (UK), in association with
Wine and Spirit magazine, as one of best in the industry.
In its annual competition to identify the finest airline wines in First and Business class, Business Traveller honored
Korean Air in six categories including best business class white wine.
Korean Air’s honors include:
First Place:
Best Business Class White Wine - Pierre Sparr Gewurztraminer Mambourg 2002, France
Second Place:
Best First Class Red Wine - Chateau Lascombes 1999, France
Third Place:
Best Business Class Sparkling - Piper Heidsieck NV, France
Best Business Class Fortified or Sweet Wine - Tio Pepe Sherry NV, France
In addition, the airline was a runner-up for Best Business Class Wine Cellar and for Consistency of Fine Wines across
business and first classes.
