Advito Expands Travel Benchmarking Services in Multiple Languages

Travel News Asia Friday, 13 July 2007

Advito, the independent consulting division of BCD Travel, has expanded its eValuation Service to three additional languages. The Service, now available in English, German, French and Spanish, is a comprehensive travel management benchmarking service.

“The feedback we have received to date has been very positive. Clients participating in the survey feel that they received valuable and actionable recommendations from the process,” said Mary Ellen George, general manager of Advito. “With the addition of multiple languages, we anticipate that the survey will further serve our global and regional client base.”

Advito’s eValuation Service integrates travel agency supplier and client data from over 400 global organizations with additional qualitative and quantitative information gathered via an online survey. The proprietary eValuation Service then analyzes each participant’s travel program in six key categories and thirty six sub-categories as compared to industry best practices and the programs of other companies similar in size, region and/or industry. The benchmarking results are presented in an in-depth eValuation Report that provides actionable recommendations for improvement.

The expansion follows discussions with clients who have expressed the wish to complete the online benchmark survey in their native language. The expanded service provides full translation within a user-friendly and market-adapted product.

Advito’s eValuation service fills the need for timely and concrete travel management data, helping organizations around the world take their travel management programs to a higher level, demonstrate value to senior executives and benchmark policies, procedures and rates against industry best practices.
