SKAL Hong Kong launches Silk Scarf

SKAL International Hong Kong has commissioned an elegant 100% silk scarf for members and guests that features colourful, eye-catching images that successfully captures the essence of Hong Kong life.

The scarf designer, renowned artist Lorette Roberts, lived for several years in Hong Kong. Her work is typically vibrant and versatile, with a focus on humour, situations and personality of ordinary people, places and objects. Past exhibitions include the Hong Kong Arts Centre, Gallery Martini and the prestigious “Art in Government Buildings” project. She also has a series of award-winning books of her work.

The project was spearheaded by Skal Hong Kong committee member, Ms Kim Kenchington who said, “It was time to provide an attractive item for the growing number of ladies in our club, given that we have always had SKAL ties for the men!”

The scarves are available from the SKAL Secretariat in Hong Kong and cost HK$275 each. They are presented in a red gift box.
