China Southern Airlines launches Flights to Saudi Arabia via Sharjah

China Southern Airlines has launched a new service to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The recently launched service originates in Urumqi in Chinas far Northwest and operates direct to Sharjah in the UAE before continuing onwards to Jeddahs King Abdulaziz International Airport in Saudi Arabia.

Situated on the Red Sea, Jeddah is an important trade port and financial center in Saudi Arabia. The opening of the new route is part of China Southerns strategy in further expanding its international flight network.
