Amari Hotels and Resorts has
appointed Mr. Chetankumar Patel in a brand new role for the company, as ‘Director of
E-Commerce’ for the group at Amari Hotels and Resorts, Thailand.
Mr. Patel, of Indian origin, with close to 5 years experience in diverse aspects of E-Commerce, will head up Amari's
E-Commerce department with the objective of maximising the potential of this critical market segment. Prior to joining
the Amari Group, he held the position of Vice President – Operations, as well as other positions at Mono Travel Co. Ltd,
which operates PassionAsia and HotelThailand.
Based at Amari’s Corporate Office, Mr. Patel will handle all aspects of E-Commerce from search engine optimisation to
online rates and inventory management, site analysis and effective online marketing.
