Hillcrest to showcase Conrad Koh Samui Residences in Hong Kong

Hillcrest Residences (Samui), in conjunction with Savills Thailand, is to present potential buyers in Hong Kong with the Conrad Koh Samui Residences: a five-star branded residential project on one of Thailand’s most desirable island getaways.

The luxury holiday homes will be showcased at the Bowen Room, Conrad Hong Kong, for two days starting October 13, 2007. The sales exhibition is open to the public from 11am to 7pm each day.

Located on a secluded hill overlooking Phang Ka Beach, at the south-western tip of the popular Thai island paradise of Koh Samui, the Conrad Koh Samui Residences comprises 32 pool villas surrounded by coconut plantations and features panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand.

Scheduled to open in 2009 Conrad Koh Samui Residences is targeting affluent Hong Kong buyers wishing to own their own piece of paradise in Thailand’s flourishing holiday property market.

“Hillcrest is delighted to exhibit the Conrad Koh Samui Residences in Hong Kong,” said Hillcrest Residences (Samui) Managing Director Lyon Lau.

“This new development introduces to Koh Samui the whole branded residence concept, offering truly luxurious and memorable getaways for today’s discerning and market savvy home buyers.”

Conrad Koh Samui Residences two and three bedroom pool villas feature sea views and a minimum of 300 square meters of built-up area  complete with a private plunge pool and a generous outdoor sundeck area with panoramic vistas. Each villa will sell at US$1.5 million up, with a rental pool programme available for villa owners.

Hillcrest has appointed leading regional property agent, Savills Thailand, as the sole sales agent for Conrad Koh Samui Residences.
