Bookings now being taken at InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City

The InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City which is now in the final stages of completion has started to take bookings for stays from 1 November 2007 onwards.

For travellers looking for up-scale, extended residential accommodation, InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City offers 212 stylish apartments encompassing studios as well as one, two and three bedroom suites. Located in the heart of the ambitious, mixed-use Dubai Festival City development, the property also has a Royal Suite penthouse with stunning panoramic creek views and its own spa treatment room.

All rooms within InterContinental Residence Suites, Dubai Festival City are kitted out with top-of-the-line facilities such as high-speed, broadband Internet, 37" plasma screen TVs and a fully-equipped kitchen. All apartments come complete with maid and laundry services and 24-hour in-room dining is also available.

The Royal Suite is a spectacular 4000 square foot duplex with private elevator access, a fully-equipped kitchen with Bosch designer appliances and a luxurious lounge with a 50" LCD television. Residents also have the option of dining at one of the restaurants located at the nearby InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City and signing it back to their InterContinental Residence Suites accommodation.

For those wanting leisure time, there is a 24 hour gym equipped with the latest technology, including the 'Kinesis' wall, an indoor, 25 metre, temperature controlled lap pool, a children's splash pool and a spa pool on the sun deck. For corporate travellers who regularly require on-site business facilities, InterContinental Residence Suites has a 24-hour business centre, two meeting rooms and two offices, both of which guests can hire to use as their own for the duration of their stay.

InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City has its own management and concierge teams, and while guests can enjoy additional facilities at the nearby InterContinental and Crowne Plaza hotels via a complimentary shuttle service provided throughout the development, it is a free-standing, fully serviced hotel apartment concept.
