Dusit Hotels & Resorts and PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk in Indonesia –
the owning company of the Dusit Mangga Dua (Jakarta) and Dusit Balikpapan (East
Kalimantan) – have agreed that the franchise agreement between Dusit and both hotels in Indonesia will not extend beyond 31 March, 2006.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, said, “We would like to thank Dusit Hotels & Resorts for their strong support during our
relationship, but have now made the decision to manage these two hotels under our own management. Effective April 1st, 2006, they will be re
branded as Le Grandeur Mangga Dua, Jakarta and Le Grandeur Balikpapan, and all enquiries for these hotels should then be directed to
www.legrandeurhotels.com”
