Nok Air launches Nok X

Thailand's Nok Air has launched a new customer service - Nok X. The new service offers speedy check-in for Nok Air passengers who have only carry-on luggage.

All passengers have to do is show their booking number and an ID card or passport to Nok Air’s roving Xpress staff at the airport, who then print out the boarding pass from a handheld PDA.

“We are very excited with this innovation and very pleased to be able to provide such convenience to our passengers”, said Mr. Viratnkul Sivapetchranat, Nok Air’s Vice President Customer Service. “Nok X allows passengers with only carry-on to check-in quickly and easily with our friendly and service-minded Nok Air Xpress staff. The real time system will be linked by wireless technology, and connected to the handy mobile printer to print out the boarding passes instantly,” said Viratnkul.
