St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bali has selected Hong Kong as the location for its November 2006 world-wide sales debut
which will see the official launch of 42 luxurious hotel villas.
Set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2007, the St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bali hotel villas will be available for sale and offer owners an
unprecedented range of bespoke services and special privileges synonymous with the beyond luxury lifestyle of the St. Regis brand.
Offering the Hong Kong market the first opportunity to purchase the St. Regis hotel villas was a simple decision, according to the property’s
sole marketing agent, Jerry Tan.

By appointment only, the three-day St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bali exhibition will be held at Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. Private consultations

The launch of St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bali will then carry on in Singapore followed by Jakarta.
The Bali launch follows the successful sales launch of St. Regis Residences, Singapore -- two 20-storey towers of prestigious three and four
bedroom apartments and penthouses at the top end of the luxury real estate market adjacent to the new St. Regis Hotel, Singapore, which
opens next year in Orchard Road.
