City Heart Hotel in Ludhiana to rebrand as Park Inn Ludhiana

Park Inn, part of Minneapolis-based Carlson Hotels Worldwide has confirmed that the City Heart Hotel in Ludhiana, Punjab will undergo extensive refurbishment and be renamed the Park Inn Ludhiana. Managed by Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, an affiliate of Carlson Hospitality Worldwide, the Park Inn Ludhiana will join a growing number of hotels in the Park Inn portfolio across India.

The hotel will undergo a complete closure and a modern renovation commencing in September 2006. Park Inn Ludhiana will feature 50 well-equipped guest rooms. The hotel will also feature an Indian restaurant, a bar and an exquisite banquet hall.

Located less than a kilometre away from the Ludhiana railway station, the hotel is easily assessable for guests. It is situated right next to the Clock Tower" in the business district of Ludhiana, close proximity to the old town. Park Inn Ludhiana is scheduled to open towards the end of 2007.
