The Westin Beijing, Financial
Street has appointed Mr. Jason Coker as its Director of Sales and Marketing.
Previous to this appointment, Mr. Coker was Director of Global Sales at Starwood Melbourne Global Sales Office, where he was awarded as Winner
of sales leader of 2004 for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific.
Prior to that, he was Area Director of Revenue Management, Starwood Hotels
& Resorts Asia Pacific. Mr. Coker gained significant working experience
at the Sydney Olympic Broadcasting Organization in 1998 - 2000.
Scheduled to open in late 2006, the Westin Beijing Financial Street
is located in Beijing’s Financial Street area, the hotel features 486 guest rooms and 205 residences, and approximately 1,686 square meters of
meeting and function space. Notable hotel facilities include 3 dining outlets and 3 lounges, Westin Workout, Heavenly Spa, indoor swimming
pool and Westin Kid’s Club.
