Travel News Asia Thursday, 27 April 2006

Gulf Air has launched value-for-money hotel deals that begin from as little as US$16 per person per night.

Passengers travelling on Gulf Air, whether on business or leisure trips, can now choose from a wide selection of hotels and apartments to suit their budget at any point on the Gulf Air network. In addition, Gulf Air offers private vehicle transfers and car hire in many destinations. As long as the journey includes at least one sector on Gulf Air, the Stopover programme takes care of all on-the-ground arrangements.

"The Gulf Air Stopover programme has been designed to meet the hotel, transfer and car hire needs of the Gulf Air customer, whether on business or on holiday," said Gulf Air Vice President Business Units, Ali Murtada.

"We have carefully selected a wide range of hotels and apartments at the most competitive rates offering excellent value-for-money amenities in over 45 destinations. At Gulf Air, we are committed to providing excellent service at every point of the journey. The Stopover programme is just another way of reassuring this commitment."

Gulf Air passengers can enjoy their stay at the Pinnacle Lumpini Hotel, Bangkok, for instance, at a competitive rate of US$16 per person per night, or enjoy the luxuries of the Golden Landmark Hotel in Singapore for just US$ 42.
