Travel News Asia Friday, 25 August 2006

Low cost Hong Kong-based airline, Oasis Hong Kong Airlines, has appointed PAM (Oasis) Limited to establish, operate and maintain its Hong Kong based call centre services including staff and equipment.

PAM (Oasis) Limited will provide the airline's customers and travel agents with sales, general enquiries and customer service assistance, handling all inbound calls between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs each day, seven days a week.

The call centre’s trilingual staff (speaking fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin) will undergo intensive initial and ongoing training.

Stephen Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Hong Kong Airlines, said, “Oasis Hong Kong Airlines believes in making customers’ travel dreams come true by offering them the best choice for long distance travel at incredibly affordable prices with the same comfort and service as other airlines. We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than poor customer service hotlines which keep you on hold and do not provide adequate answers. We are delighted that PAM (Oasis) Limited will operate and maintain our call centre as this ensures quick, friendly and efficient responses that can help customers make the right decisions for their travel needs in an enjoyable manner.”

Eddy Sat, Managing Director of PAM (Oasis) Limited, said, “As one of the leading sales representation agents for airlines in China and Hong Kong, PAM (Oasis) Limited is proud to add Oasis Hong Kong Airlines to its roster. We look forward to making Oasis Hong Kong Airlines a success.”

The Oasis Hong Kong Airlines reservations and enquiry hotline (Tel: +852 3628 0628) commences from September 4.
