Three days for Dhs 300 at Mirfa Hotel in Abu Dhabi

Travel News Asia Tuesday, 2 May 2006

Abu Dhabi's Mirfa Hotel is to celebrate its third anniversary with a one-off rate of three days, two nights for just AED 300, including breakfast for two. The offer is valid on May 31 to June 2.

Located strategically along the Sila Highway, the 50-room seaside resort is a popular stopover for travellers between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, not to mention a weekend retreat for residents from Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Hotel manager, Ali Salih, said, “We wanted to celebrate our birthday with the guests and community that have supported us in the three years to date.”

The hotel offers a complete range of recreation and sports facilities, and according to Salih, provides an authentic taste of Arabia at excellent rates.

For the anniversary celebrations, the hotel has extended a special rate of AED 300 for three days - including breakfast for two - in a standard room overlooking the Persian Gulf. The special package is available May 31 through to June 2, 2006, inclusive, based on availability.

On property, access to the golf and putting greens, as well as two floodlit tennis courts, a volleyball court and fitness facilities are all included in the rate. A swimming pool, along with a climate-controlled children’s pool and play area, round up the activities, with a diverse selection of restaurants and lounges.

Mirfa Hotel is managed by Danat Hotels & Resorts, a division of the National Corporation of Tourism & Hotels based in Abu Dhabi.
