Specialist travel PR agency, The Big PR Agency,
has appointed former easyJet Consumer PR Manager Jamie Wortley to the position of
Associate Director.
Wortley joins the agency after spending three years with the low cost airline giant and will be taking full control of The Big PR Agency’s day to
day running, as well as continuing to oversee the agency’s full client portfolio, which currently includes, Starwood Hotels & Resorts (ME), Great
Hotels of the World, Taba Heights, El Gouna, Kani Lanka Resort & Spa, Quintas da Madeira and Hesperia Tower.
Commenting
on his move, Wortley said, “I am delighted to be joining The Big PR Agency and look forward to working with our very
exciting clients and the talented team. The agency has seen rapid growth in the last 12 months and I hope to continue the great work and indeed build on our client list and
offering.”
Previous to easyJet, Wortley spent three years at Burson-Marsteller in the agency’s Brands division. It was here that he began his career in the
travel PR industry, working with a diverse range of clients, which included ebookers, Hilton Worldwide Resorts and the Mexico Tourism
Board.
