The
Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong has unveiled its new Executive Conference Centre consisting of 13 contemporary meeting rooms. The new meeting rooms will act as a separate self-contained meeting venue providing state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment,
as well as wireless facilities. They are also equipped with business centre facilities and services, such as fax, photocopy and
secretarial services. The venue has a capacity range of 16 persons boardroom
style to the maximum capacity of 140 persons in theatre style.
Mr Ian McKie, the General Manager of the
hotel, said, “As our hotel enjoys a superb location next to the airport and AsiaWorld-Expo, we expect to
benefit from the anticipated increase in MICE business that this facility will bring. The new Executive Conference Centre will firmly position us as
one of Hong Kong’s premier MICE venues.”
Following the launch of these meeting rooms,
the hotel is offering a Special Residential Conference Package which is valid
until December 31, 2006.
As
part of the package, 1,000 Asia Miles will be awarded to meeting bookers for their spend of HK$15,000 to HK$50,000, while 2,000 Asia Miles will be given
for spending more than HK$50,000. Only rooms, food, beverage and meeting room rental charges will apply.
The
package, priced at HK$700 nett per person twin sharing, is only available for booking of 10 rooms or above. It includes one night
accommodation, conference lunch, use of meeting room from 9:00am to 5:00pm, morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks with refreshments,
meeting equipment and stationery, as well as unlimited in-room wireless broadband access. For single
stays, an HK$420 nett supplement will be applied.
In addition, package users are entitled to a wide range of special privileges including complimentary welcome drink, free local calls, free upgrade to
Deluxe Room, one Suite upgrade for each 10 paid room nights (maximum 3 Suites) and complimentary use of
an LCD projector.
For participants who need to stay before or after the conference, a special room rate
of HK$850 net per room will be extended. Special half-day meeting package at HK$250 net per person and full-day meeting package at HK$380 net per person are also available.
The package is valid until December 31, 2006 excluding December 2-9, 2006.
The package is only valid for the 13 new meeting rooms and all facilities
and offers of the package are subject to availability.
