Extensive Meeting and Convention Facilities at the Novotel Citygate Hong Kong

The Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hong Kong International Airport and 28 minutes from Central via the MTR rail network, has an extensive range of conference and banqueting options for meetings, conventions and celebrations of any size.

The hotel’s seven venues can be configured into spaces from 26 - 370 sq m and can accommodate groups from 12 to 300 guests.

The Lantau Room is a hi-tech multi-purpose meeting space with 3.7-metres ceiling height. Floor to ceiling bay windows on one side offer a spectacular view across the hills of Lantau island, while the other side of the room opens up on to a spacious poolside foyer that is ideal for hosting pre and post-event cocktails or a poolside event. The Vineyard Room, meanwhile, is an ideal venue for smaller groups.

Every meeting room is equipped with built-in LCD projectors and multiple, large size drop-down screens. The “high-tech” equipment includes electronic white board and omnipresent wireless broadband. Lighting, sound system and state-of-the-art multi-media equipment all can be controlled by the control panels at your fingertips.

Half day meetings are priced from HK$270 per person and HK$320 per person for a full day meeting.
