To
celebrate its 36th anniversary the Dusit
Thani, Bangkok is organising a three-month photography exhibition highlighting key moments from the day it opened on
February 27, 1970 to the present. The exhibition opens on November 16 and will occupy the walkway area between The Library 1918 and il
cielo Italian restaurant, just above the main lobby level.
The
exhibition
comprises three sections - Royalties, Celebrities and The Dusit Thani, Bangkok - and is part of the country's celebrations marking the
60th anniversary of His Majesty the King's accession to the throne.
Another exhibition will also take place simultaneously at the lower lobby level outside the Benjarong Thai restaurant. It will feature photos
of guests who have held events at the hotel. This display will be changed every two weeks.
