Virgin Atlantic appoints Gyro International as New Communications Agency

Virgin Atlantic has appointed Gyro International, an integrated communications agency, as its “below the line” communications agency.

Gyro’s main responsibilities will be customer acquisition and retention encompassing campaign planning, strategy, implementation and management. Gyro will be retained to work alongside a number of existing agency relationships including Rainer Kelly, Glue London and Identex. The business, which is estimated to be worth £4 million, was awarded to Gyro from a list of 12 agencies.

Breda Bubear, Head of Advertising & Communications, at Virgin Atlantic said, “It was clear from the start of this process that Gyro understood our business and challenges and knew how to help us. We are delighted that we will be working with them.”
