Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific appoints New VP Development and New VP Operations

Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific has appointed Xerxes Meher-Homji to the position of executive vice president of development, and Lyle Lewis to the position of vice president operations. Xerxes will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of all Carlson hotel brands across the region while Lyle will focus on hotel operations and maximizing performance of Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific managed and franchised hotels. 

Xerxes has been with Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific for seven years, most recently holding the position of executive vice president of operations since 2005, where he oversaw the operations, sales and marketing, design and construction, human resources and hotel finance divisions.

Lyle has spent the past eight years in numerous management roles with Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific, across a number of hotels including the Radisson Plaza Xing Guo Hotel, Radisson Plaza Hotel at the Pier Cairns, Radisson Resort Gold Coast and Radisson Resorts in Port Douglas. He was named General Manager of the year in 2004 for his performance achievements at the Radisson Plaza Xing Guo Hotel Shanghai.

With almost thirty years experience in the travel and hotel industry, Lyle has previously held positions in Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand with Sheraton Hotels.

Xerxes has more than 25 years experience in the hotel industry and previously held the positions of general manager and director of finance for various Radisson hotels and resorts, as well as senior finance and operations roles with Sheraton Hotels and Resorts.
