Amadeus Offers New Regional Data Entry Service

Travel News Asia Friday, 1 December 2006

Amadeus is now offering Amadeus Regional Data Entry Service (RDES), a new service that provides partners with accurate, dependable and cost effective fare data entry support.

Targeted at airlines, travel agents, online travel portals, consolidators and wholesalers, RDES has a dedicated service team to key in Private fares to the Amadeus database from the Amadeus FareXpert Filing platform.

With this automation, users will also be able to benefit from the integration in all the Amadeus fare searches and with the fully automated rule validation and ticketing package there will be more accuracy in back office reporting and the availability of itinerary printing.

“Amadeus has a team of trained professionals formed specifically to handle the task of accurately entering fares into the Amadeus database from the fare information provided. This empowers end-users with better control over their fare distribution in their local markets, allowing them to react instantly to market moves. In an increasingly complex price war, users can now rely on this more cost effective service for loading Dynamic Discounted and Private Fares, thereby allowing more efficient and reliable distribution to the selling community,” said David Brett, President, Amadeus Asia Pacific.
