The Finnair Group Board of Directors has decided on the following appointments in Finnair Group management;
EVP Scheduled Passenger Traffic, LL.M. Henrik Arle has been appointed Deputy CEO starting 1 January 2006. Arle has served with Finnair since 1976 and is a member
of the Group Management Board.
D.Sc. (Econ.) Kaisa Vikkula has been appointed SVP Leisure and Travel Services and member of the Group Management Board starting 1 March 2006. Vikkula has
previously been the Managing Director of Mascus Oy and head of corporate communications and a member of the management board at Partek. She has been a
Member of the Finnair Board of Directors since 2003.
M.Sc.
(Techn.) Kimmo Soini has been appointed SVP Finnair Technical Services beginning 15 January 2006. In his new position, Soini will also become a member of the
Finnair Group Management Board. Soini has held various positions at Finnair since 1985, most recently he has been the VP Technical Operations, Scheduled Passenger
Traffic.
The current head of Finnair Technical Services Jarmo Vilenius will become the Managing Director of Finnair Facilities Management starting 15 January 2006.
