Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific is developing the Radisson Hotel Manesar, in conjunction with Exact Developers and Promoters Private Limited. Manesar is located in Gurgaon District, situated in close proximity to New Delhi and is part of the National Capital region.

Due to open in early 2008, the 225-room Radisson Hotel Manesar will be situated on 11 acres of prime land adjoining National Highway # 8 on the main Delhi-Jaipur artery. Located approximately 30 minutes by car from the airport, the hotel site will have numerous entertainment outlets, restaurants and retail establishments in the vicinity.

The hotel will feature a modern lobby lounge, business centre, coffee shop, speciality restaurant, bar, banquet hall, health club and swimming pool.
