Domina Hotels & Resorts continues aggressive Worldwide Expansion

Domina Hotels & Resorts is to continue its aggressive worldwide expansion by adding 13 new hotels over the next two years to its portfolio.

The hotels, located throughout Central Europe, East Europe and Middle East, will open during 2005 and beyond.

“Our development momentum continues to be very strong” commented Francesco Borrello, chief executive officer of Domina Hotels, “our goal is to achieve 250 hotels by the end of 2015”.

New hotels scheduled to open in 2005 include:

- Domina Inn Riga, Latvia (opening 1st quarter 2005, 110 rooms)
- Domina Resort Harem, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt (opening 2nd quarter 2005, 262 rooms)
- Domina Resort Makadi Bay, Egypt (opening 3rd quarter 2005, 600 rooms)
- Domina Resort Nuweiba, Egypt (opening 3rd quarter 2005, 127 rooms)

New hotels scheduled to open in 2006 include:

- Domina Inn Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt (opening 2nd quarter 2006, 190 rooms)
- Royal Media Hotel & Towers Milan, Italy (opening 3rd quarter 2006, 315 rooms)

New hotels scheduled to open in 2007 include:

- Domina Hotel & Towers San Petersburg, Russia (opening 1st quarter 2007, 70 rooms)
- Domina Hotel & Towers Poznan, Poland (opening 1st quarter 2007, 244 rooms)
- Domina Hotel & Towers Bratislava, Slovakia (opening 1st quarter 2007, 200 rooms)
- Domina Hotel & Towers Prague, Czech Republic (opening 1st quarter 2007, 175 rooms)
- Royal Media Hotel & Towers Vienna, Austria (opening 1st quarter 2007, 350 rooms)
- Domina Hotel & Towers Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt (opening 2nd quarter 2007, 412 rooms)
- Domina Hotel & Towers Novate Milanese, Italy (opening 3rd quarter 2007, 250 rooms)
