General Manager Movements for Accor Hotels in Asia

Accor Asia Pacific recently made the following General Manager appointments at some its hotels in Asia:

Roger Mair is the new General Manager of Sofitel Plaza Xiamen China. Roger joined Accor in Thailand in 1996 and later relocated to China where he was most recently General Manager of Novotel Hefei China.

Franck Lafourcade has moved to Shanghai to become General Manager of Sofitel Hyland Shanghai. Franck rejoined Accor in 1996 in Korea and later moved to Indonesia. Franck was most recently General Manager of Sofitel Metropole Hanoi in Vietnam.

Philippe Bissig has been named General Manager of Sofitel Metropole Hanoi. Philippe has been with Accor for more than 16 years initially in Europe before coming to Asia in 1996. Philippe was General Manager of the former Novotel Apollo Singapore until late 2004.

Vincent Lelay has been appointed the new General Manager of Novotel Clarke Quay Singapore. After joining Accor in France in 1990, Vincent relocated to Asia in 1995, managing several Accor hotels in Indonesia. Vincent was most recently General Manager of the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel Singapore.

Kevin Bossino is the new General Manager of Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel Singapore. Starting from 1991, Kevin worked with Century International Hotels managing the (Novotel) Century Hong Kong and other Century Hotels in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. He joined Accor in 2002 when the company acquired Century and was most recently General Manager, Headland Hotel in Hong Kong (managed by Accor).

Rod Munro has moved to take over as General Manager of the Headland Hotel. Rod re-joined Accor in 1995 in New Zealand, and since then has also managed other Accor hotels in Thailand and Australia. Rod was most recently General Manager of Royal Lakeside Novotel Rotorua.
