Travel News Asia 7 January 2005

Passengers travelling during the Lunar New Year period will have more flights to choose from as Singapore Airlines increases capacity and operates more services to meet the traditionally higher demand for seats.

Between 4 and 13 February 2005, SIA will be using a larger aircraft on some of its flights to Shanghai, China and Taipei, Taiwan. There will also be additional flights mounted to Taipei on 5 and 9 February 2005.

For Malaysia, supplementary flights will be operated to Penang between 4 and 20 February 2005. The Airline will also mount up to eight additional flights to Kuala Lumpur if the demand on the sector is high.
