Merchant Court Hotel Bangkok rebranded as Swisstel Le Concorde Bangkok

The Merchant Court Hotel Le Concorde Bangkok is being re-flagged as the Swisstel Le Concorde Bangkok under its first franchise agreement. Swisstel Le Concorde Bangkok is owned and operated by Le Concorde Hotel Co. Ltd. By re-flagging to Swisstel, the hotel expects to benefit from the brands various marketing platforms such as well-established global sales and distribution networks; cross-selling opportunities with sister properties from Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and South America; and global brand advertising and promotions. 

We are delighted to have Swisstel Le Concorde Bangkok as our first franchise property. The hotel has all the hallmarks of a Swisstel property modern state-of-the-art facilities, reliable and seamlessly efficient service and a convenient location. With the first franchise agreement under the Swisstel portfolio, it marks a significant milestone for us. Moving forward, Swisstel Hotels & Resorts will continue to pursue overseas expansion through a mix of management contracts, leases and franchises, said Mr Meinhard Huck, Managing Director of Swisstel Hotels & Resorts.

The hotel offers 407 spacious guestrooms; four executive club floors; meeting and convention facilities to accommodate up to 1,000 delegates; and is within a 2-minute walk from the Huai Kwang MRT station making the citys convention centre, central business district and prime tourist attractions just a few MRT stops away.
