Hilton adds Hilton Magic to Hilton Shanghai

Hilton is launching Hilton Magic, a one-touch guest service telephone line that allows hotels in the Hilton group to answer the needs of in-house guests, through just one extension. From room service orders, laundry requests, the booking of transportation, delivery of an extra towel or luggage collection service, the Magic Button on all hotel telephones, connects to what Hilton calls the Magic Call Center, which dispatches a Magic Service Agent to deliver or book the required service.

Hilton Magic is now part of the Hilton Shanghai and also Hiltonís new hotels in Sydney, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
